I was completely pleased with the following news:

Lineage II community, we hear you!

Lately, we’ve all witnessed a staggering increase in the number of Lineage II trial accounts that are being abused. As we all know, the purpose of a trial account is to give someone who hasn’t tried Lineage II before a chance to give it a test drive. Unfortunately, our trial codes are being used more and more, by individuals who are not true members of our community, in ways that harm the player experience. We have received an overwhelming number of requests from our player community to put a stop to this trial account abuse; so, we have made a reluctant, but absolutely necessary decision. As of today, April 29, 2008, we will greatly limiting trial account creation. Current trial accounts that have already been activated will be left active.

We will also be making some changes to how trial accounts can be acquired. For the time being, trial codes acquisition will be limited, but you will still be able to acquire trial codes via the Refer a Friend program. We will be monitoring all trial codes very closely. This is something that we believe will actually create a better atmosphere for our players in Lineage II and, especially since our community has requested this move, we are happy to oblige.

For those former and potential players who may in the future wish to use a trial code with the intent to simply try out Lineage II, though limited, trial codes are still accessible! You can get a trial code from an existing player via the Refer a Friend program. The Lineage II team will be monitoring this situation closely and will update our community on further developments and policy changes.

Thanks to our community members who report these abuses and do all they can to keep the game challenging, fair, and fun.

All that pms at the moment you log in were getting really annoying, i’m glad NC Soft will make a move about it, if on Gustin that is not one of the most populated servers, it’s crazy, imagine how it is on EURO servers.. or Bartz…

Here it goes, Kukish. The Divine Wizard Transformation. Kinda cool huh?!

So? How’s the Hellbound update to everyone?! To me is the same, lots of grinding and like every week after an update, lagging a lot. But i’m sure there are a lot of new things to enjoy, like the Underground Coliseum, the Fantasy Fun Island, the new transformations (the pic below is the Divine Rogue Transformation, if you want to see the Divine Wizard Transformation, pm me and I’ll post it here) and so on.

Oh, and after the Feathered Hat (that I’m still obssesed with…) I got a new one… the new Agathions!!! So cute xD I missed a lot on the PTS so I don’t know if only clan leaders can have it, because I saw somewhere that any player can get them now. Do you guys know something about it?

Beleth, Steel Citadel and The New Lvl Cap.. what do they have in common? Well, this:

Since the introduction of the high-level grounds called Hellbound in The Kamael, adventurers have been seeking a way into the deadly Steel Citadel and battle the epic boss Beleth himself. Now with the new update they have the chance they’ve been waiting for. After earning an extremely high level of trust from the Hellbound natives, adventurers will soon learn from them how to gain access into the Steel Citadel and the riches within—if they dare. In fact, players should make sure their characters hit the new level cap (Level 85) before going in.

Alright, i’d like to state that the following words are MY OWN OPINION as a player, NOT STRATICS… c’mon… lvl 85 sounds completely insane to me… 80 was crazy, now 85? At our xp rate? How long does a normal player will take to lvl up? Just to enter the Citadel (and probably die, because you’ll need more ppl who are crazy enough to reach that lvl).

I know that NC Soft had to add a purpose on the new level cap, otherwise it would be just like reaching level 80 (Everyone stops at 78…), but they should at least improve the xp rates a little bit… after all the Citadel sounds like a cool place, like a big challenge to complete…but right now i’m not that sure if it will be crowded… just my 2 cents…

It’s good to be back, for those who didn’t knew, I did a small surgery on a freaking tooth last monday… but it’s all fine (I still have to check it out the healing process and check a few things next Tuesday, but its minor stuffs), the pain is almost gone! Yay!! Even so, i’m back in the act again!

Oh btw, today was the secong giveaway of that masks, if you missed again, you still have a chance to get one next Friday 9GMT. Mine was added on yesterday’s maintenance, check how cool they are.

Last night i was on Gold, doing a good AOE with Fafnar, RingoRingo, Miz and our buffers (Bell and Cream). Fun! Tonight I’ll keep leveling the dwarf, Bell and Cream (Cream is miz’s SE). See ya ingame!
