PvP, PK, Quests, Fishing and More Kamaloka

This week was full of exciting things, let me catch my breath first… well being on vacation can be really productive to L2 (Yes, I went out a lot to lol :P) and I still have three more days to do absolutely nothing! Yay! It all started with my very first 63 Kamaloka (Me, Miz, Aary, Wanft, Carebear and Shkar), it was a record, we did the raid in less than 10 minutes (Record beaten later on on 56 Kama… 8 minutes), the xp wasn’t that good, but fair, but it was fun.

After that Miz invited me to level up a little at Devotion, of course I said yes, I’m still trying to reach level 61… but when we got there… every single room was packed with bot parties, she had no doubt! Pk! So did Wanft… and I tried, but the mob gave the last hit lol! Cleaning up karma was a pain, but I leveled 30% that night and reached level 60.

On the next day I was in the mood to level, so I went to another catacomb myself, Wanft was playing PipiPink but went afk for a while… that was when two guys, also b grade (An Abyss Walker and a Gladiator) showed up and started to ks my mobs. That pissed me off a lot, so I started to use agression on every mob they got lol… the gladi got pissed and gave me a critical with a skill that took out all my cp (sws… it’s not that much anyway), I said I wouldn’t leave because I got there first… that was right when Wanft got back, I retreat and we were discussing if we should kill them or not… (Dorf + Sws x Abyss Walker + Gladi) it seemed like an instant death to me… but we enjoy danger lol :P. We got our buffs right, and I followed his target on the Abyss Walker, that started to run like crazy, but my arrest landed at first… we started to hit him, he was hitting back, the gladi came to help, Pipi and the Aw died at the same time (I got the last hit!), and it was me and the Gladi… He ws hitting me, I had to sing and started hitting back… he took out half of my cp and died. +2 Maribel! A few minutes later, they came back with a clan member, a hero, that asked if we just had pked them, we said it was a fair pvp, and they left… (Come on, they said it was a pk? lol) it was really funny…

I tried fishing this week, is really easy, but expensive… I still need to get the hang of the Night Fishing, maybe I can get a few good stuffs to craft and sell (We’re poor atm… after our A grade sets… and the adena drain called soulshots…. we’re broke). But fishing is fun.

The last thing was the class change of Chanttal and Maribelle, both are 43 now, and with Wanft playing his Kamael, Demonous, we can do the Kamaloka 46 ourselves… (<3 Dark Panther). Anway, today is still Sunday, so I’m sure a lot is about to happen…

Zaken, Daily Kamaloka and the Born of Chanttal

The first exciting event on the end of the week was the idea of raiding Zaken. As he is an epic boss, full organized parties are required to get there in time and of course, kill him without any complication, so when I was fooling around on PipiGold, Wanft told me about the raid and I switched back to Maribel really fast to be able to catch up with the preparations.

I bought a Summoning Crystal and shortly after that I was summoned to the entrance of the ship. The other players were comming on their parties and we still had to wait about 30 minutes for the door to open. Once inside, we waited until morning to kill him. After setting the parties once again, we entered the first room and a party was bringing mobs and the boss, a few people got killed (I believe it was the other party, all of them dead), Zaken teleported to another room, a few players started to fight on chat (and on vent, we have an ally vent, but a few players left for their clan vent). We decided that the best way was to get back to the entrance and start over, but it was taking too long, then miz said she had to leave, I said it too (It was over 2 am and I had to wake up at 7), someone said that they didn’t need us anyway (An EE and a SwS?… hummm), she used party recall (I love that skill), probably a bad habit and shortly after that Wanft said that everyone had  left, but even being a total failure, the experience of heading to a raid like that was really fun, even the smaller details like getting pots or getting summoned. Too bad it didn’t worked out, but I’m sure we’ll try again some other day.

Friday was a regular day, we finally got Mav to do the 56 Kamaloka with us again, the party was a good active healer, me playing Maribel and boxing Bellcross, Wanft playing himself and boxing Fou (Our bladedancer) and Mav as the uber Destroyer. Piece of Cake, the boss died fast and we didn’t had to run from too many invincible minions. We should do that again (I also miss the baby raids on Enchanted Valley and Forest of Mirrors).

Last night was the night of leveling up, PipiGold and Bellcross were about to level (10% left) and as usual, we headed to a catacomb, I believe it was apostate… and when the newbie buffs were off we noticed how much we really need Vampiric Rage (We’re getting closer to 61… when we reach that level, bye bye newbie buffs) and we decided to create a Shillien Elder, named Chanttal.

As I’m the only one with the hard job of leveling newbie chars (Right Wanft?), after I created her, I decided to try out the serie of quests that starts with the Blue Gem and the Newbie Guide. Seriously, it was really easy, I killed less than 10 mobs, got level 18, 60k of SP, music crystals and a a piece of a set. It was so easy that I logged back on my account and created a char to level her up (Maribelle, the one on the picture above) did the same steps and this morning I tanked the 23 Kamaloka Boss and Wanft was playing Chanttal and helping to hit. So, if you are planning to create an alt, start to play or simply create a new character, now it’s the time, just follow the newbie guide steps, once you’re finished, start the class change quest and in the end you’ll be with enough sp for all your skills and on level 20-21. Have fun!

52(53), Kamaloka and Agathions!

This blog was lacking posts, and gameplay! So it’s nice to be back to the world of Lineage II! First I’d like to apologize for the lack of posts, it’s just the sometimes life comes first (woot? life?), I still don’t have time to play every single day, but I’m sure it will be more often than before , so stick with me.

Well, this was my first time playing in a long time, and thanks to miz, I was lvl 52 (She leveled me while I was off), so to reach almost 54 was a piece of cake. Then it comes my first gracia love: The Vitality System. Awesome! Of course that 300% sounds a lot, but it’s like a 3x rate when you think of, but hey, we had nothing like this before, so I’m definitely enjoying. I still have to do a little research about it, on how it goes up, if I have to log out, or just sit for hours (this last one didn’t really worked).

Second…You guys know I’m really into accessories (no I don’t have my Feathered Hat yet… someday maybe …) and that circlets on the Luxury shop are so cute (and way more accessible…), so I bought one for me and one for Bell (he looks so cute!), my next addiction along with the Feathered Hat are now the Agathions (I know they exist since Hellbound, but now they are starting to show up more frequently), I want to get the Devil one, I’ve read somewhere that besides being cute, it has a bress skill (1h respawn), but I wouldn’t mind walking with mine all the time, even when they make that sounds.

Keeping up with my weekend adventures, I went to play on Fou a little, I love when low levels from distinct clans get together to raid, it feels like it’s harder to do the same thing when you get on higher levels, because of the politics… which is kinda sad… I met up with a good group at dion and we did several raids, I went from 30-35. Then later on I found a party wanting to try Kamaloka, and we also succeeded. Then after a good gaming day, a little of Heretics, to reach 36.
